Dr. Andréa Walker-Adeyemi (professionally known as Dr. Walker) joined Primary Eyecare Associates in 2015. She received her Doctor of Optometry degree from Indiana University School of Optometry in 2015, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia College and State University in 2009. Dr. Walker is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Georgia Optometric Association, and the National Optometric Association. In 2014, Dr. Walker received the Clayton C. Powell Georgia Student Award from the National Optometric Association.
Dr. Walker’s professional interests include education regarding minority health, volunteerism, and missions work in underserved populations. She is knowledgeable in all aspects of primary care including ocular disease, contact lenses, and pediatrics.
Dr. Walker is married and enjoys spending time with her husband at the movies, Atlanta Hawks games, and being active in their local church.
Dr. Walker currently sees patients in both locations.
